How we think about engineering
Decisions get written down
Every significant architectural choice becomes a decision record — what was chosen, what was rejected, and what it costs. Six months later, nobody has to reconstruct the reasoning from memory.
Isolation belongs in the database
Multi-tenant separation is enforced with row-level security, not application code. An application bug should not be able to leak one customer’s data to another.
Build the second one first
Anything that will be needed twice becomes a platform capability rather than a copy. That discipline is slower on day one and dramatically faster by month six.
No engineered dependency
Deliverables ship with the documentation and runbooks needed to operate them without us. Clients who stay should stay because the work is good.
Structure
Part of Celvari Group LLC
Celvex is one of four operating subsidiaries. Arcovex Technologies develops hardware and holds its own IP; Celvex licenses that IP to operate the cloud platforms around it. Howling Moon Creations and Vitalis operate in fabrication and supplements respectively.
